• Account data: name, email, role (learner or native), profile details.
• Lesson data: bookings, times, languages, prices and lesson status.
• Messages: chat content, stored encrypted.
• Consent records: what you agreed to and when.
• Technical data: device and log information needed to keep the service secure.

To create your account, match learners with natives, run lessons and payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent.

Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by MyNative. We store a payment reference and the amounts involved for accounting purposes.

Messages are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database, and access is further restricted so only the two participants in a conversation can read them.

Account and lesson records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@mynative.online, we respond within 30 days.
